Couples Counseling
Our couples counseling services are designed to help couples improve their communication and resolve conflicts in a healthy manner. Christina works with couples to identify the root causes of their problems and develop strategies to overcome them.
Individual Counseling
We also offer individual counseling services for those who are struggling with personal issues that are affecting their relationship. Our experienced counselors provide a safe and supportive environment to help individuals work through their problems and develop healthy coping strategies.
Sex Therapy
Sex therapy addresses sexual concerns and challenges within relationships or for individuals. It helps people explore their sexuality, improve communication, and create a more fulfilling and enjoyable sex life.
Group Therapy
Our group counseling services are designed to provide a supportive and safe environment for individuals to work through their problems with others who are going through similar experiences. Group therapy facilitator helps members process past experiences, find solutions for moving forward, and rewrite their narratives of trauma to build resilience.
Spark Intimacy Intensive
This retreat cuts through the noise! We'll bypass complicated rituals and clinical jargon to rediscover the natural spark of intimacy within you and your partner. It's all about reconnecting with your own sensuality and reigniting the flame of human connection.
Premium Mentorship Packages
